Meet the Creators

The collaboration of Maggie&AK did not originate on this project. Their friendship began in a tiny northern town in The Adirondacks of upstate New York. They met while working at a Christian girls camp. It didn’t take much time for them to discover their similarities while deeply admiring and appreciating their differences. They bonded over their love for intimate, insightful, raw, and metaphoric musical artists, such as singer-songwriters Lizzy McAlpine and Gregory Alan Isakov. However, what uniquely drew them together was their love and appreciation for biblical values, a Christian worldview, passion for people, and the beauty and value of art. The closeness they experienced just grew as their lives overlapped in only ways that the Lord could have orchestrated. They now live three minutes down the road from one another in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Life could not be any sweeter.
